Netball Umpire

Objectives of the Position:

To umpire in a fair and honest manner games of your allocated sport.

To contribute to the overall efficient running and promotion of the Armadale Arena and recreation centre by complying with the Armadale Arena and Armadale Aquatic Centre polices and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Qualifications/Training/Experience

A service environment dealing with customers and the general public.

Experience in umpiring/refereeing in allocated sport.

Year 10 English or equivalent.

Current Police Clearance Certificate

Ability to obtain a Working with Children check.

Current Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable) Page 1 of 6

Current ‘C’ Class License (desirable)

Skills
Interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate with other staff, and to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
Knowledge

All up to date rules and By Laws of allocated sport

Correct Umpiring Techniques
